Webinar series
Inspired by the recent experiences of the Students for Rivers Camp at the Neretva, this series of webinars encourages a dialogue about how the engagement for healthy rivers can be made sustainable from a personal and organizational standpoint. Ultimately, our actions can only be as strong as our teams, values and personal resilience.
In the first webinar, Prof. Gabriel Singer from the University of Innsbruck shares his fascination with river ecology and how he connects his scientific work with advocating for free-flowing rivers.
Following that, Azra Berbic from the foundation Atelier for Community Transformation – ACT gives a deep insight into legal and mental challenges and coping strategies of activists specifically in the Western Balkans.
Join us in January 2025! Prof. Melan Thuraiappah will apply his experience of working with teams in sport and business to teamwork in activism.
